2005 Custom Carson Car Trailer

This is a 2005 Carson Car Trailer that measures 16 foot 4 inches in length, the width is 6 foot 5 inches and it has a 7,000 lb GVW. The frame is constructed of 3 x 5 angle iron, it has a 4” channel wrap-around tongue which is rated at 2,000 lbs and it has 10 inch electric brakes. The original 48 inch ramps were upgraded with longer 61 inch heavy duty steel ramps that fit snugly in the original carrier. Last winter all of the floor boards were removed and replaced with treated lumber, we made a custom rock guard which is a great help in securing motorcycles and we coated the entire exterior with Qwik Liner spray on bed liner which not only will prolong its life but looks really awesome as well. At the same time we also repacked the bearings, installed new brakes, replaced all of the lights with LED’s, installed 10 D-Rings for better load management and the standard jack was replaced with a Fulton 2,000 lb jack that has two wheels which lock.
