Street Rod Productions 1935 Chevy Hot Rod Golf Cart
This is super sweet Club Car golf cart that has been redesigned to look like a 1935 Chevy Cabriolet Street Rod by the best company in the industry, Streetrod Productions. It has an 11.5 horsepower Kawasaki FE350 gas engine. It was originally sold new in 2000 and has had minimal use since being put in service. There are a few minor nicks and scratches as well as a small cigarette burn on the dash near the ashtray. Other than that it drives and looks like new. From 1998 to present day, the gas cars implement two beams that span the entire length of the vehicle and must be bent laterally as well as vertically. The result is a stronger, more durable frame with fewer welds. Standard options include a working hood with insulated cooler, a molded fiberglass dash with wood inserts, 2 cup holders, an ashtray, a map pocket, a marine grade custom steering wheel, a chrome steering column with tilt, a cigarette lighter, an additional 12v jack, a keyed ignition, a polished stainless steel grille, a polished stainless steel front bumper, cast aluminum wheels with spinners, pin striping, a stereo, a receiver hitch, a removable rag top (retractable with a folding Lexan windshield and a zip out rear window), a rear jump seat with hand rails, headlights (hi / low beam), tail lights (w/ blue dot lenses), brake lights, a license plate light, self cancelling turn signals, mirrors and an air horn. This particular cart has a two tone paint scheme (Dark Toreador / Beige Shale) with an Oatmeal top and off white seats. It is optioned with a polished stainless steel bag holder, black carpeting, side curtains (not pictured), a multi leaf rear suspension and a score card holder. The original cassette player in the photos was just replaced with a brand new Alpine CDE-100 AM/FM CD player. It would cost you well in excess of $20,000 to purchase one of these new with the same options. Get it here for a fraction of that.
