1940 Plymouth Street Rod

This all steel business coupe was restored 17,391 miles ago and looks awesome with its custom ghost flamed Black Cherry PPG paint job, steel running boards and Centerline billet wheels. It has some nice custom touches on the exterior with the power antenna, tail lights and rear license plate all having been frenched in. Additionally, the cowl vent has been converted to being power operated. The 350 engine and transmission were new when the car was restored and run out perfectly with the aid of an HEI ignition. It also has a new 2.5” exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers which give it a nasty grumble! The front stub is from a Camaro and the rear end is from a Trans Am. It has a beautiful leather interior with custom flames as well as a custom stereo hidden in the glove box, power bucket seats, tilt, power rack and pinion and cruise control. The trunk is also completely detailed with full carpeting and matching leather. Within the last year the following new items have all been installed: an aluminum radiator, poly sway bar bushings, shocks, bearings, 4 wheel disc brakes and weather-stripping for the glass. It has also been recently tuned and purrs like a kitten. Additionally the front bumper, door handles and hood ornament have been recently chrome plated. If you are in the market for a steel street rod you will find this one is priced to move!
