1967 RS/SS 383 Camaro
This gorgeous 67 RS/SS has a laser straight body that was just repainted in a beautiful Indigo Blue that just sparkles in the sunlight. The paintwork is tastefully complimented with sweet Z/28 striping in Ivory and the whole exterior package is pulled together nicely with a fresh set of Cragar SS chrome wheels wrapped in newer B.F. Goodrich Radial GT 255/60RS15 tires. Don’t be fooled by the exterior because this car is built to show and go! The heart of this bad boy is a recently re-built mid 70’s 4 bolt LT-1 (casting # 3970010) out of a Corvette. It was bored .030 over, was blessed with a forged 400 crank and an aggressive cam. It also has aluminum heads, an Edelbrock RPM intake, a Holley 850 cfm double pumper and boasts in excess of 400 hp. It sounds just plain nasty ripping through the Hooker headers that are vented by a Flowmaster true dual 2 chamber exhaust system. The power is put to the ground effortlessly with a M-21 tranny that is controlled by a Hurst shifter and is brought to life by the 12 bolt rear end. The black interior is in real nice shape and has been upgraded with a few extra gauges, a racing tachometer and an amplified 4 speaker CD sound system. Don’t worry though because the original stereo ring is included and uncut. It has front disc brakes to help with the stopping and the rear end has been linked to help with hooking up. If you are in the market for a nice first generation Camaro that needs nothing you will find this car is priced to move!
