1967 Camaro 327

You have found a frame off restored 1967 Camaro in incredible condition. The complete restoration was completed in 2000 with just over 39,000 miles on the odometer at that time. The car currently has 48,406 so there are less than 10,000 miles on the complete restoration. The project started with a numbers matching 327 car that was originally equipped with a 2 speed powerglide. The engine was completely gone through at which time is was bored 30 over and the heads were completely gone through as was the crank and it is now pushing over 400hp. A nice cam was added and the top end has been replaced with a nice list of performance options which include an Edelbrock Performer intake, an Edelbrock 600cfm 4 barrel carb with electric choke and a Mallory electronic ignition. The original carb and intake are available if desired. The transmission was replaced with a performance built Turbo 350 that has a 2800 stall, a shift kit and is controlled with a Hurst ratchet shifter. The open 10 bolt rear end was converted to a close rear end with posi traction and now has 3:73 gears. The car runs perfectly, shifts clean and sounds just plain nasty with its performance headers and exhaust. The chassis was completely sand blasted and powder coated for a long life. The body had very little rust and the trouble spots which included the trunk pan and lower quarters have been replaced with GM metal. The body is now laser straight, filler free and the candy red paint that absolutely just sparkles in the sun. The interior is all new and looks just like it would have in 67 with the exception of a Custom Autosound stereo system, a few extra gauges and of course the shifter. Over $30,000 was spent on the restoration of this car and that didn’t include the original cost of the car. We have priced this car aggressively so if you like it call us it before it is sold!
