CALL JOHN OR MARK AT (815) 625-2500 FOR DETAILS! This is possibly the fiercest muscle car to ever have GM’s authorization for production. Don Yenko himself called this a “lethal” car due to its weight and horsepower rating. The Nova was much lighter than the Corvette and Camaro and due to the high horsepower to weight ratio only 28 of these cars were sold in 1969. Of the original 28 produced only 7 are known to exist today and are worth in excess of $500,000. This tribute started out as a rust free, documented 38,329 mile 1970 Nova. It originally was a manual transmission car with no power upgrades as the real Yenkos were. It was re-created as a date-code-correct 1969 Yenko Nova during its frame off concours level restoration which was just completed with no expense being spared during the process. The body is laser straight and the flawless Presidential Black paint has a mirror shine to it. The 427 block (#3963512) was just re-built and sounds even better than it looks roaring through 3 ½ inch ceramic coated headers that are connected to a correctly bent 2 ½ inch exhaust system with a Flowmaster muffler. The Muncie 4 speed and 12 bolt posi rear end with 4:11 gears were both completely rebuilt as well and are in new condition. The two are connected by a custom drive shaft rated at over 600hp. The interior is completely original except for the seat covers which were professionally installed. The trunk, engine compartment and undercarriage are all spotless. The car and the underbody have all of the correct factory paint markings. If you are looking for a show quality Yenko Nova but don’t have a half a million to spend on one look no further. This car will satisfy the most discriminating of buyers!
