1970 Chevy Chevelle SS 396
SOLD! This gorgeous SS clone starts of with a .030 over 402ci engine with a mild cam that was rebuilt in June of 2005 and less than 500 miles ago. At that same time it was painted and dressed in chrome as a 396 with an Edelbrock 1407 carb and spacer. The engine compartment is clean and in show condition. The 402 is adjoined with a smooth shifting Turbo 400 transmission with a shift kit that was rebuilt at the same time the engine was. This show stopper has a mean Flowmaster 30 series 2.5 inch dual exhaust system with chrome tips that puts out an impressive growl. An HEI ignition was added to ensure proper firing. The paint on this car shows quite well and all of the chrome sparkles showing very little wear. The interior is in great shape with the headliner, all of the vinyl and carpets looking very good. Sunpro gauges were added for their functionality and good looks. The trunk and under body are both clean and rust free. This beautiful Malibu was cloned very well with the proper upgrades and shows like a classic Chevelle SS 396 should.
