1991 Corvette 6 Speed Z07 Coupe

The 1991 Corvette got a facelift that gave the car a smoother, slimmer nose with wraparound parking / cornering / fog lights, wider body side moldings that were now body colored, horizontal front-fender strakes that replaced the previous gill-like louvers and a back panel with squared-up taillights. Inside, a new power-delay feature allowed the audio system and power windows to operate after the ignition key was switched off until the driver's door was opened. In addition, a "low oil" indicator was added to the driver information center and all models were pre-wired to accommodate a cellular telephone or other 12-volt accessory. This 91 was upgraded at the factory with the new Z07 handling package which included all heavy-duty suspension components to offer a choice between a "firm" and "very firm" ride. Limited to coupes, the Z07 package was intended for hardcore enthusiasts and racers only. Other factory options on this car include the low tire pressure warning indicators (currently disabled w/ the ZR-1 rims), power Sport seats, a glass roof panel, an engine oil cooler and electronic air conditioning (needs re-charging). This car has been tastefully upgraded with ZR-1 rims and brand new tires which are Nitto Extreme ZR’s up front (275/40ZR17) and Nitto Extreme Drag tires on the rear (315/35R17). Additionally you will find Hooker Super Comp headers, a Flowmaster cat back exhaust system, a Hypertech computer replacement, a K&N cold air intake, window tint and an XM ready Pioneer CD player. The performance modifications on this car are estimated to add an extra 100 hp over the factory ratings bringing it to 350hp total!
