1984 Chevy Camaro Z28 1984 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. This beast starts off with a Jegs 350 crate motor that has a 4 bolt main. It has an Edelbrock Performer RPM cam (duration – 244/488 INT/510 exhaust), Edelbrock aluminum 202 heads (with 64cc valves), Harland Sharp full roller rockers, RPM Performer dual plane intake manifold and a 750cfm Edelbrock carb. The spark is delivered by a Proform Performance electronic distributor and MSD 8.5 plug wires which really get this sleeper fired up. The 700R4 transmission was performance built with a Street Strip shift kit and a 2000 stall converter and is controlled by a B&M Mega shifter. Over $12,000 was invested in the drive train alone. This monster roars through Edelbrock 3 inch cat forward exhaust with 3 inch Dynomax cat back dual outlets with chrome tips. The great looking exterior is set off with a killer set of Billet Specialties chrome rims. A new Pioneer CD player with new 6X9 speakers in the stock location is also included. The interior is in very good condition with less than normal wear and the under body is solid. There are less than 87,000 miles on the car and less than 3,000 miles on the new/rebuilt drive train. Listen to it run and you will see this is not just any 3rd generation Z28. |
